Customerservice?

I purchased a laura Ashley comforter and I haven%26#039;t had it very long(6months),when I washed it ,the material has pils on it and since then I have washed it again and I see more. I have to tell you that I am very dissappointed in the quality of the set. I buy your merchandise because I had faith in the name and quality. The comforter set is white with pretty blue flowers.

First of all, your washing machine is not big enough to wash your comforter making the washer have to work extra hard to wash something of this size.





You should have taken it and spent a little extra money to have the cleaners to clean it. It would have prolonged the life of the comforter by them cleaning it, and you would not be experiencing pilling all over it.
Reply:if you have still got the receipt it would help your case. you could contact the store %26amp; ask for address of head office to take your complaint further...explain the situation to them, dont be angry %26amp; see if they suggest something that will solve the problem. they are a reputable company so might examine the product themselves..as if its faulty - they will probably discontinue selling it. worth a try anyway!
Reply:There is a device called a clothes shaver that will remove the pills. Try Googling it.
Reply:What%26#039;s the question? If it%26#039;s what to do I suggest you search on line for the highest up in the company you can reach and tell them about it. Say you belong to a large web group who are interested in the outcome. You will not be ignored. I%26#039;ve done it even to airlines and got fantastic results.
