Reply:It it was my choice, I`d leave them just where they are. What unique items, why would u want to get rid of something so rare. A conversation piece for anyone that comes into ur home. If u must, get an antique dealer to give u an appraisal before u do anything with them.
Reply:Tell her to look for Architectural Salvage in the yellow pages, they%26#039;ll probably take them from her hands straight away.
Reply:It could be that they%26#039;re not as old as you think; a company called BC Sanitan does traditional looking sanitaryware with patterns (including floral motifs) on them. They put their name on the inside of the toilets and basins.
Reply:Hi - Google Image %26#039;Decorated Toilets%26#039;, this may help you track it down. If it IS collectible, try and sell it privately. Salvage yards will pay you peanuts for it.
Reply:try ebay could be fun
Reply:Very highly prised by a collector or one who is into that era. Have her get an appraisal on it first before putting it up for sale. I suggest that for the fact a friend once sold a vase in a yard sale very cheap only to find out later it was worth thousands
